Ice Time Sports Complex is Reopening!

MHCC COVID-19 WaiverRINK OPENING & OPERATING PROCEDURES

As of: July 1, 2020

Our primary concern is the health and safety of our guests and staff. In order to do our part to protect everyone who enters our facility when we reopen, we have put in some new rules and procedures.

  1. The number of skaters on the ice per session is limited. Check for session size in our self service portal: https://apps.dashplatform.com/pr/dash/x/#/online/midhudson/programs

  1. At this time, no spectators will be allowed in the building other than those going on the ice. All other parents, visitors, etc. are encouraged to go to livebarn.com to watch a live broadcast of the session on their phone or computer. (Use promo code: a358-2cdc)

  1. Everyone entering the facility must wear a mask. Masks may only be removed prior to going on the ice, but should be put back on after getting off the ice. Coaches are required to wear masks at all times.

  1. All staff will be wearing masks. In addition, all staff will be screened prior to the start of their shift.

  1. Locker Rooms are currently closed, until further notice. Please dress at home. Skates may be tied once inside the facility only at your assigned location. Only skates will be allowed to be put on in the building and goalie gear.

  1. As you enter the facility, you will be assigned a chair number by the front desk. This chair number can be found inside the rink and is where you may go to put your skates on and take off.

  1. We ask that skaters take their skates off and then exit the facility within five minutes of the conclusion of their session. Skater chairs will be cleaned and disinfected between sessions.

  1. Additional hand sanitizers have been installed throughout the facility.

  1. Bathrooms will be open, however will only be available to skaters and limited to one person at a time.

  1. Our staff will be maintaining a rigorous sanitizing program throughout the facility including cleaning bathrooms, chairs, and entrance and exit touchpoints with disinfectant cleaners.

  1. Please make sure to follow the arrows on the ground in order to keep traffic flowing in one direction and allow for proper social distancing.

  1. Please do not bring any hockey bags, zuca bags or skate bags to the rink as they are not allowed at this time. A small bag (for medicine, tape, etc.) that can fit on a folding chair is acceptable.

  1. Please do not share any equipment with others. Please make sure you have brought everything the skater needs for being on the ice (equipment, water bottle, towel, etc.).

  1. We have the right to deny entry at any time for any reason. We may ask anyone to leave at any time for any reason. Sorry, there are no refunds.

  1. We continue to monitor and follow CDC and DOH guidelines, these procedures are subject to change at any time at the discretion of management.
