• The Box Office Business hours are as follows: 12pm-5:30pm, Tuesday-Friday
• Tickets to any of our events can be purchased directly through the MJN – Majed J. Nesheiwat Convention Center Box Office unless otherwise noticed.
• If an event happens to fall on a Saturday or Sunday, the box office will be open for sales on that day.
• If the start time of the event is after regular hours, the Box Office will remain open through the event.
• Will Call tickets may be picked up one hour prior to the doors opening at the box office; the customer must present a valid ID and the Credit Card used to purchase the tickets.
• The MJN – Majed J. Nesheiwat Convention Center Box Office is located at 14 Civic Center Plaza, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601-3118 and can be reached via telephone at (845) 454-5800.
• After hours, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
• The Box office accepts Cash, Master Card, Visa and Discover.
• All sales are final: no refunds, no cancellations .
